ALL items better than expected, they come in sterile packets, they are good quality (threading on flat backs is secure) AND the items-all titanium-are very good quality. Prices DO NOT reflect quality—high quality for better than reasonable cost. Will order again for sure and I recommend this seller!

I really love this piece! It's smaller than I thought it would be, but that's perfect for my stack! Its easy to screw in and while I have had my concerns with internally threaded jewelry before, this one has a long enough pin that I feel confident wearing it without worrying that it's going to loosen midday.
