No. All Callsoul jewelry is 100% nickel-free. ASTM F136 titanium is one of the safest materials for people with nickel allergies or sensitive skin.

ASTM F136 titanium is widely regarded as one of the most skin-friendly metals available. It is the same material used in medical implants due to its excellent biocompatibility.
If you have a known allergy to titanium (which is extremely rare), we recommend consulting a dermatologist before purchasing.

Q: How do I put on Callsoul jewelry?
Callsoul jewelry is designed for easy, intuitive wear:
Studs:
- Wash your hands thoroughly
- Make sure the jewelry is clean and undamaged
- Align the post with the piercing hole
- Gently push through until the back sits close to your ear
- Secure the back by tightening clockwise
Cartilage jewelry:

Q: How often should I change my jewelry?
This depends on your healing stage:
New piercing (0–6 months): Do not change jewelry. Keep the original piece in place for proper healing. Only a piercer should perform a downsize if needed.
Partially healed (6–12 months): We do not recommend frequent changes. If you need to switch, consult your piercer first.
Fully healed (12+ months): You can change jewelry freely based on your preference. Clean your jewelry regularly.
Q: How do I safely remove jewelry?
To remove studs:
- Wash your hands thoroughly
- Hold the front of the earring steady with one hand
- Gently twist the back counterclockwise to loosen
- Carefully pull the stud out — do not force
- Check the piercing for any discomfort
Q: Can I sleep with my jewelry on?
This depends on the healing stage and jewelry type:
New piercing (0–6 months): Use a travel/donut pillow to avoid pressure on the piercing. Avoid sleeping directly on a healing piercing.
Partially healed (6–12 months): A travel pillow is still recommended to prevent irritation.
Fully healed (12+ months): You can sleep freely. Studs are the most comfortable option for sleep.
Q: Should I remove jewelry during sports?
It depends on the type of activity:
Contact sports (boxing, wrestling, football, etc.): Remove all jewelry to prevent injury.
Non-contact sports (running, yoga, etc.): Small studs can usually stay in. Avoid large hoops or dangling pieces.
New piercings (0–6 months): Extra caution is needed for all activities. Consult your piercer.
Q: Can I wear Callsoul jewelry in water?
ASTM F136 titanium is fully waterproof and will not corrode or tarnish. However:
Unhealed piercings: Avoid submerging in pools, hot tubs, lakes, or the ocean, as bacteria in the water can cause infection.
Fully healed piercings: You can swim, shower, and bathe freely.
After swimming: Rinse your jewelry and piercing with clean water.
Q: How do I prevent jewelry from falling out?
To prevent studs from coming loose:
- Regularly check that the back is tightened securely
- Avoid pulling or snagging on clothing and hair
- Replace worn backs every 6 months or so
